Hilary Hershman is a litigator with extensive experience in the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including automotive negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and insurance coverage disputes. 
Ms. Hershman graduated cum laude in 1986 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.  After law school, Ms. Hershman was law clerk to the late Judge John J. McNaught in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  She practiced with Esdaile, Barrett & Esdaile from 1987 to 1994 and returned to the firm in 2007, after serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  She has lectured and written on a number of topics related to her areas of interest.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
