Joe McGinn concentrates his practice on tort litigation, including medical malpractice, products liability, and automotive negligence. A graduate of Boston University School of Nursing, B.S.N., 1987, and Suffolk University School of Management, M.P.A., 1994, Mr. McGinn joined Esdaile, Barrett & Esdaile in 2000, after garnering significant experience as a registered nurse. Mr. McGinn is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the American College of Health Care Executives. He is fluent in Spanish.
