Patricia Kelly's practice focuses on tort litigation ranging from simple to complex and including experience in automotive, construction, premises, products liability, and medical malpractice claims across all levels of the state and federal trial and appellate courts. Ms. Kelly is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, having served as a member of the Civil Litigation Council (1983-1986) as
Co-Chair of the Trial Practice Committee (1984-1985), and as Co-Chair of the Legislation Committee (1985-1986), as well as being a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She also served as a member of the Joint Bar Committee on Judicial Appointments (1998-2001). Ms. Kelly has contributed to legal education on many occasions, both as lecturer and author of several tort-related subjects. Ms. Kelly also has experience as a mediator in civil litigation matters.
