Shaun Forsyth's practice focuses on matrimonial law and she has represented clients in a variety of cases which include divorce and trust and estate issues. She has been appointed as a Mediator by various judges of the Probate and Family Court and has also served as a mutually retained mediator in matters dealing with divorce and child related issues. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the North Shore Women's Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. Ms. Forsyth has lectured on various aspects of divorce practice and procedure. Ms. Forsyth has successfully represented clients through all stages of the litigation, trial, and appellate processes.
